Rules

1. WHO CAN ENTER: The Pink Panther Diamond Tripler Bonus Promotion is open to anyone 21 years or older. Lottery employees, retailers and vendors, and their immediate family members residing in their household, are not eligible to win any Mississippi Lottery promotional prizes.

2. ENTRIES: Entries for each Pink Panther Diamond Tripler Bonus Promotional drawing are comprised of non-winning Pink Panther Diamond Tripler instant lottery tickets entered by eligible players in the 2nd Chance Promotion through the Mississippi Lottery's website during the entry period for each drawing. Winners from previous Pink Panther Diamond Tripler Bonus Promotional drawings are disqualified from subsequent drawings in this bonus promotion. All qualified entries, except winners in prior Pink Panther Diamond Tripler Bonus Promotional drawings, will comprise the field for the final drawing, May 29, 2025. All Pink Panther Diamond Tripler Bonus Promotional drawing entries, including Bonus Promotion winners, are automatically entered into and eligible to win the 2nd Chance Promotional drawing at the game's end. The field of entries for the Bonus Promotional Drawing is limited to non-winning Pink Panther Diamond Tripler instant lottery tickets players entered into the Mississippi Lottery's 2nd Chance Promotion as outlined below.

3. DRAWING METHOD: Pink Panther Diamond Tripler Bonus Promotion winners will be chosen by random drawing.

4. ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning a prize via the Pink Panther Diamond Tripler Bonus Promotion are based on the total number of entries in each drawing.

5. PRIZE ALLOCATION: The prizes awarded in each Pink Panther Diamond Tripler Bonus Promotional drawing shall be allocated in the order of the winning entries selected.

6. CONTACTING WINNERS: Each winning Pink Panther Bonus Promotion entrant will be notified by certified mail. If there is no response within 10 days of the Mississippi Lottery receiving confirmation of the certified mail being delivered, including the drawing date, the Lottery may attempt to contact the winning entrant by email and/or telephone to arrange prize pick up or delivery.

7. WINNER REQUIREMENTS: Each Pink Panther Diamond Tripler Bonus Promotion winner will be required to submit proper identification and complete a winner claim form - the same process used for prize claims for Mississippi Lottery games. Claims made by mail must be received by the Lottery within the specified prize claim period. The name and physical address on the entry, claim form and identification must match. The Mississippi Lottery is not responsible for lost or stolen mail, and claims received after the deadline will be rejected.

8. PRIZE PICKUP/DELIVERY: Pink Panther Diamond Tripler Bonus Promotion winners awarded cash prizes will have 10 calendar days after the Mississippi Lottery receives confirmation of the delivery of the notification letter to arrange to claim his/her prize as directed by the notification letter.

If the Lottery is unable to contact the winner within the 10-day period of a drawing, the prize is forfeited. An alternate winner of the prize may be selected, the prize may be held for a later drawing in the Pink Panther Diamond Tripler Bonus Promotion, or the prize may be held for a later promotion, at the Lottery's discretion.

9. NO PRIZE EXCHANGE: All Pink Panther Diamond Tripler Bonus Promotion prizes will be awarded as described. No substitutions.

10. WINNERS LIST: The Mississippi Lottery will maintain a list of Pink Panther Diamond Tripler Bonus Promotion winners and may publicize the winners' hometowns and/or home counties on the Mississippi Lottery website, via social media or other means.

11. CONTEST ENTRIES AND PRIZE LIMITATIONS: Entries are limited solely to non-winning Pink Panther Diamond Tripler tickets entered into the Mississippi Lottery's 2nd Chance Promotion. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder/entrant to ensure all contact information entered is accurate.

12. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: All entrants in the Pink Panther Diamond Tripler Bonus Promotion agree the Mississippi Lottery shall have no liability for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damage or expenses resulting from or arising out of any aspect of use or acceptance of the prize.

13. TAXES: TAXES: All federal, state, and local taxes on the total prize value, if applicable, are the responsibility of the winner. MLC will withhold and deposit the initial state and federal taxes on behalf of the winner, as required by law. An IRS Form W-2G/1099 will be issued to the winner if required by law.

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: The venue for any dispute arising under and/or as a result of the Pink Panther Bonus Promotion shall be the appropriate court in Rankin County, Mississippi.
